How to Shop Shopping at the AOPA Pilot Gear site is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment. We use the most advanced encryption technology available. Just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. You will be notified with the expected delivery date if an item you have selected is out of stock.
Methods of Payment Purchases can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Purchases will appear on your credit card statement from "Grapevine Designs". If you have any questions about a purchase made or any charges that post to your credit card, please email aopa@grapevinedesigns.com.
Sales Tax We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to KS, KY, MO, and TX.
Standard Shipping Orders ship from our distribution center in Kansas and will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders will be sent via FedEx Ground unless an expedited shipping method is chosen at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to a P.O. Box, so please enter a physical street address. For international orders, please contact customer service at 844.681.6138 for shipping, duties and tax information.
Note: For AOPA members, orders over $100 in value qualify for free ground shipping to addresses in the continental USA only.
Returns & Exchanges Items that have not been worn or laundered may be returned for credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges will not be credited upon the return of your item(s). If a different size is needed, please place another order for the correct size. If an item is defective, please contact Customer Service at 844.681.6138 or email aopa@grapevinedesigns.com. Please have your order number available.
